Winchcomber Carson Ltd. & then self employed for 50 years

Only one week to go before we venture up to Caloundra for a one week break. I will be setting up a new Probus club at Labrador when we return. It looks like a really busy Probus year ahead. My district is hugh, from Gundawindy to Grafton.
Hope I survive the pressure in 2020.

Friday 22nd March 2019 saw me appointed as President of The Probus Association of Gold Coast & Northern Rivers for two years. I am looking forward to carry on the good work of my predecessor Mick Bowler.

On the 8th October 2018 I reached 80 years young. On the 28th March 2019 I start a two year stint as the President of the Probus Association of Gold Coast & Northern Rivers Inc. What a life a have had even after the loss of my wife Helen & best friend of 42 years in Januaty 2001. Living at Labrador with friend Marcia Waller. My s😊😊on Peter is still trading as P.J.'s Carpet Care at Rochedale with wife Annie. Daughter Catherine in Sydney with husband Richard still both with Westpac.

Reached my 80 years on the 8th October 2018. Feeling my age but so what.Still applying the Scotchgard treatments on furniture. Now for 45 years.

Still going strong. 80 in two months. Loving the Gold Coast. Lost Helen in 2001 to cancer. Next year President of The Probus Assoc of Gold Coast & Northern Rivers. Living with Marcia Waller noted Gold Coast Arts masro & lampshade restorer.
