This man right here.He is going from strength to strength,when he first started personal training with me his body was tight and had restricted range of movement in hips and lower back. Fast forward 3 months and things are looking really good, range of movement has increased and all of the added benefits that come with that. Just shows consistency dedication and some hard work and you can achieve your goals.

Breaky beans!
These are soooo amazing on a slice of wholegrain bread. We love the GF breads from Sol café!!
-pinto beans
-chick peas
-Passata (make sure it’s a clean one)
-cumin
-paprika
-garlic
-S&P
-olive oil
(Into a pot, heat though, let the flavours infuse!)
This is our base version. We add things in as we like. Some tomato is yummy, capsicum, chilli, fried zucchini.
But we love simple - and this is a great base to an amazing breaky. Have it on toast with some avo, spinach, and top with an egg or some tofu scramble!

Middle eastern Cous Cous!!
Amazing as a meal - or as a side dish. We are a big fan of versitile cooking in our home. We also like to make sure the dishes we make get a thumbs up by the kids too (so often we add chilli after) - unless we do feel like a nice spicey curry just for us!!!
-mixed lentils (soaked first then cooked)
-Cous Cous
-peas
-cucumber
-halved green olives
Seasoning:
-cumin
-lemon
-s&p
-olive oil
This is nice hot or cold. Add meat, tofu, or roast veg to bulk it out more if you wish.
Enjoy!!
