Unfortunately we couldnāt race Nitro Champs at Sydney this weekend so instead im switching out the jnr for Gibson Uruamk patrol! Gibs letting me have some fun at the diesel assault so letās see what the pooey 2.0 can do haha

3 years today since I got my own junior dragster! Itās been a journey thatās for sureš this cars seen a whole lot and itās on its 2nd look but thereās only a few race meets left for me in jnrs so we gotta make the most out of it!

Last first meeting in juniors!!
Saturday we had 3 qualifiers and used them all as tests as the car was not behaving at all. Sunday we had 1 final qualifier, putting me 25th out of 35 jnrs. Round 1 I lined up against Kyle Day and due to computer timing errors we had to re-run. In the re-run I came away with the win due to Kyle red lighting. Round 2 we lined up against Cody Sedmak and it was a very close race. I ran a 8.08 on my 8.08 dial in and Cody ran a 8.00 on his 8.00 dial in so it all came down to the reaction times and he had the advantage on the tree, giving the win to Cody.
I would like to thank my parents for getting me to the track and everything in between, and Gib for all your help and support! Gav Schulz for spending basically your whole weekend trying to fix my car. John Cannuli for letting me pit in your pit. All the amazing IHRA staff that gave us cold water after every pass in the scorching heat, zooper doopers and bags of ice.

The junior body is now somewhat complete! We finished the paint Friday morning before testing so this weekend weāre running it uncleared and just straight from the trailer as you do haha. There will be a post in a couple weeks once cleared and all stickers are on!

Itās race day at the Pro Alcohol Nationals! Weāve got a fourth and final qualifier at 1:16 this afternoon, kicking off round 1 of eliminations just after 3pm.
Testing Friday and qualifying yesterday didnāt go as planned with the car having its own mind and being very stubborn with every change. We are currently sitting towards the bottom of qualifying but these things happen and itās all apart of racing.
