You call yourself inconsistent because your routine isn’t perfect 24/7 BUT perfection was never the requirement in the first place. The goal is to keep showing up consistently that your habits still hold when life isn’t ideal.
So many girls are stuck in this cycle where unless they’re doing EVERYTHING perfectly, they act like they’re doing nothing at all.
So instead of building consistency, they self sabotage:
⭐️ Skip the gym because they ran late
⭐️ Eat out all weekend because they had one off plan meal
⭐️ Start fresh every Monday
⭐️ Constantly searching for something to go wrong
But real consistency doesn’t look perfect.
It looks like:
⭐️ Still training even if the session isn’t optimal
⭐️ Having a better next meal instead of writing off the day
⭐️ Adjusting instead of quitting
⭐️ Building a routine strong enough to survive real life
