When you understand nutrition and the principles of energy balance, you can eat the foods you love whilst achieving your physique goals. The right way, although often more stringent will always reap the best outcome with minimised future issues. With shortcuts, and choosing the path of least resistance often comes complications and flawed outcomes. Be defined as someone who does things, and does them right! Quality, not quantity.

‘Consistent persistence leads to results’

This man is the hardest working individual I have ever met. I can proudly say, HES MY ! 10+ years of training together, almost everyday. It’s been incredible seeing your journey and I’m so proud of how dedicated you are to what we both love doing together. A science based nutrition and training protocols and consistency is all Jit takes. Dads always been a massive sports buff and sportsman himself. However, running and opening 14+ restaurants In Oceania (Australia/New Zealand) temporarily got the better of him and his active lifestyle. In 2011 we both started weight training, and since then we haven’t stopped. This mans passion, dedication and support has been absolutely crucial in my growth in the gym and as a fitness professional! So here’s to another story of it’s never to late to achieve your physique goals, all it takes is a decision and then action! Age is JUST a number folks. You better believe it.

‘Science based progress!’

I’m smiling because the wonders of science based nutrition and training applied are nothing short of amazing. Body Recomposition (dropping fat and building muscle) is doable, when a realistic time frame and plan is laid out and executed correctly. I’m stronger than I have ever been, and leaner than I have ever been at this weight, all on a diet. It’s time to keep building upon this frame, and progressing and pushing my boundaries. I don’t believe in limits, and I will continue to supersede boundaries that come before me. There are certain laws of nutrition that MUST be followed, if you want to see real results.

‘FACE EVERYTHING & RISE...’

As humans we cannot simply eradicate our feelings, however we can learn to face them and conquer them. As a highly adaptive species; we can learn to CHALLENGE our fears and not let them define who we are or what we are capable of. We all face them, whether it be fear of failure, being laughed at, not liked, not fitting in, doing something wrong, being lonely and the list goes on. What we must understand however is that FEAR Is a feeling, one that can be overcome. One that doesn’t define a reality. We MUST overcome them through a strong mindset, courage and confidence. For what you truly desire and seek is on the other side of your fears.
