Keep water levels up AND if your pool looks a bit off/shady after extreme heat or extreme rains please run your pool on manual or one or two days until it's looking better.

Low water levels in swimming pools.

Leaving debris in leaf net will rot your net and UV rays deteriorate the plastics of your pool tools.
Clean pool tools after use and stoe them together out of the weather if possible for longevity.

Due to the recent extreme lovely summer weather, those with swimming pools should either run the pool for extended time of 2 hrs for a few day or increase chlorine out put to 100% for two days at least.
If you're pool is struggling run 27/7 until looking healthier.

Pool chemical levels and poor pool chemistry conditions that lead to problems.
Quite often the Affordable Pool Service team come across a pool that has been chemically abused!
So what sort of chemical abuse is there?
Most common
Extreme Chlorine levels above 5 ppm
Extreme Alkalinic levels high pH 8 - 14
Extreme Acidic levels low pH 0 - 6.8
Calcium Hardness low value 0 - 80
All of the above will do damage to something, let alone to your health.
