After weeks of good nutrition and a steady exercise plan I finally am seeing some results yay. I am stronger and have so much more energy, and after discussion with my doctor I am able to reduce the level of my high blood pressure and heart medication.

Woot! My doctor has given me a big thumbs up on my nutrition and exercise plan. I have now lost 2 kg of fat but gained 1kg of muscle over 4weeks. Trainer says this is the optimum for safe weight loss and my Doctor has confirmed this. He said come back in 6 weeks with the same results and he may look at reducing my blood pressure medication Woot Woot

Listened to a great conference call last night. Jana Pittman (Olympic sprinter) was speaking to David Moore (Owner of Drift Restaurant in Brisbane) and he ran through some great meal ideas for those wanting to eat healthy but still have yummy food. Who would have thought that a Tuna lasagne would sound so good! There were other tips on how to ensure you eat the best possible foods when ordering at restaurants. Excellent ideas and so easy!

Wonderful Session on Sunday! Jay Bennett and Jennifer Jeffries are both fantastic speakers. Basic and down to earth, they make it seem so simple and easy to accomplish. Can't wait to put some of the training into action.
