Our very own “Nitro” Nick Murphy absolutely dominating the Last Man Stands Masters World Cup in Barbados, showing why he has consistently been ranked Number 1 in the world and selected for both the Masters and Open Australian national teams. 13 wickets in the opening three games including a hatrick vs India and a double hatrick today vs Pakistan. We didn’t get the chocolates in the end but another successful nationals campaign nevertheless. A solid team effort this year using the full compliment of players as we were plagued by injuries (getting old). Proud to make our fifth grand final chasing the ever elusive third title. WESTERN SWINGERS - AUSTRALIA CHAMPIONS 2023

Congratulations to Western Swingers from Sydney, who took out the 2023 Australia Champs title by overcoming The 2nd XI (Beaudesert) in the final!

Well played Swingers and we look forward to the team representing Australia as the World Championships next year!

Congratulations also to Sunday Sloggers and Gong Tuskers, who took out the Shield and Plate competitions respectively. The tournament album with all team photos and other best shots will be posted tomorrow.
