Swipe through and try some of my favourite glute series - ankles weights for some spice 🌶️

1:30-2 mins each side. 10-15 secs rest. Do a couple rounds 🫠

1. 90 degree clam kickout
2. Clam kickout feet down
3. Circles w/ rotation
4. Straight leg raise
5. Rectangles
6. Horse kick
7. Horse kick pulses - remaining 10-15 secs
8. Horse kick side kick
