Five new pieces of equipment incoming
The first ones already arrived and I've not yet got any idea how we'll fit them in. But they'll be cool when we do :)

Want an easy way to take your training to the next level. Follow the lead these boys are setting and train together. One rack, multiple people on the same road chasing the same results. Spotters on hand, hype men and women on hand and PBS to burn.
For years we had no choice but to share racks but as gyms have evolved we've started to be negatively affected by a surplus of equipment. Excuses like different weights or rack heights getting in the way of some such team sessions.
Even if there are racks available, ask to work in with someone and watch your training go up a level.
Hot etiquette tip, if they're already a few plates into warmups do you empty bar and next warmup or two on another rack then join them.
