Life is hard. A lot of the time. But when we find places , spaces and people that can hold us, where feelings can flow, and where there is play and laughter, the load feels much, much lighter.

This is what Louise | Eco-Storyteller and I are experiencing as we navigate the ups and downs of life together and as our friendship grows. It is also what we are seeking to cultivate in our monthly women’s get togethers so that other women in our community can experience this too. It’s life changing , it’s magical.

Dearest woman, don’t be afraid of falling apart. That’s where you learn who you truly are and that you are more than the sum of all your parts.

This beautiful harp song is called “Brian Boru’s March”. Much like healing, it is taking me a lonnnnnnnng time, lots of practice, lots of persistence, and lots of patience, to bring it all together. I am not quite where I want to be with it yet , but when I am playing I am starting to feel the magic within … and that’s probably what matters the most ✨

Nature helps me to hold what is too big for my body to carry alone.

She is always there, never failing, judging or abandoning me. She asks for nothing in return. Ever. She is not called the great mother for no reason.

Today I am reminded of this and my body sighs with relief.

Inner garden gatherings for women who want to blossom ✨TOGETHER✨

How does a flower come into bloom?

By staying true it’s nature. A rose a rose 🌹 A tulip a tulip 🌷 A daffodil a daffodil 🌼 Never trying to be something it’s not.

By growing in the right environment and in the right conditions. Ensuring enough Sunlight. Water. Air. Soil. Nutrients. ☀️ 🌧️ 🌬️ 🌍

By being surrounding with the right companion species necessary for and fueling its growth 🐝 🐞 🐜

ANDDDD through consistent nurturing and tending to its needs held in a safe and steady container 🤱🏻 💗

Like flowers, we too can bring ourselves into bloom as women by following these same principles. And it is with this intention that Louise | Eco-Storyteller and I are delighted to offer our inner garden gatherings to ourselves, each other and the women of our community!

A steady container in which we can GROW together as women. Because blooming just does not happen in isolation ❌ It happens through connection🐞 🌺 🐝 It happens by being around others who celebrate diversity and allow us to be ourselves. It happens through organic expression - laughter, sharing, tears, rage, grief, - whatever comes, whilst being held in a safe, consistent and caring environment.

Our first gathering will be Saturday 26th September at 6pm (location to be advised) and then the 4th Saturday of each month onwards. Cost is $10 paid in advance for food and refreshments so that all you need to do is show up for yourself and others. No excuses 🤭

If you are a woman wanting to come into bloom and you are feeling the pull towards these gatherings reach out! We would be happy to answer any questions you have.

‼️ And please note: we are after a regular commitment. Women showing up for themselves and each other. Consistently. Each month. Through thick and thin. The steady container. If you are generally non committal, have too much on your plate, and/or are not willing to use this space as an opportunity to strengthen your commitment to yourself and your sisters, this container is not for you.

Ahhh the butterflies are roaming 🦋, the flowers are bursting into bloom 🌺 and the trees are budding with new life 🌳 Winter has left us and Spring has well and truly arrived.

With the change in seasons, I feel a shift in my inner landscape as I come out of an internal winter. An internal winter initially forced upon me by burnout that, taking a look back now, was really teaching me to obey one of the most important laws of Nature: to withdraw from the outside world , to stop doing, to stop giving , to slow right down and channel my energy inwards, downwards, and underground.

Not forever, but for a season, to allow for self regeneration and renewal in order to sustain life and bring forth new growth, new meaning, and new opportunity. And to honour its cyclical nature.

The laws of Nature must be obeyed. They are perfect. This is what I am learning.

All last week I was getting strong, daily signs and messages about DRAGONS🐉 I was seeing dragons in the clouds, pulling out dragon cards, finding dragons around my house in the strangest of places, I randomly started burning dragons blood incense, and even sat under a dragon statue without knowing when visiting a beloved friend.

Things like that have never happened to me… or perhaps I’ve never really paid attention 👀 🪧 🙈

Now it’s just clicked that the dragon I was seeing IS the new harp that has recently come into my possession! She looks like a dragon and the sound she makes sooooo feels like a dragon.

Ancient, ethereal, magical.

I feel like a little kid again in complete awe and wonder of life and excited for the adventures I will go on together with this new magical being 🪉 🐉

Today has been an amazing day! And here is some Amazing Grace.

Stillness is the way back home to yourself. Your true self underneath all the masks you wear, the roles you play, your traumas and your family and societal conditioning.

If you don’t know how to sit still, get curious. Ask yourself why you can’t sit still, and what you need to be able to embrace even just a moment of stillness.

Don’t be like me and wait for a major crisis and for life to bring you to your knees to cultivate this skill (Thanks, burnout - you are my greatest teacher yet).

Ask the question and then action the answer. And if no answers come or you need some help to sit still today, reach out and I’ll send you little gift given to me by Nature 🌲 🧘 🌬️

We are constantly accumulating rubbish in life. Not just physical rubbish but energetic rubbish too - in both our inner and outer worlds.

The pollution in the air we breathe in each day.

The hormones being routinely pumped into our food for mass, rapid global production.

The cheeky chocolate you indulged in last night that brought a moment of comfort.

Not expressing our true feelings and desires in favour of attachment.

The heavy energy of others in the process of cleaning up their inner worlds… or the rubbish of those not cleaning up at all 🙄

This rubbish MUST be taken out. Routinely. So that it does not turn rancid and deplete us of our precious life force and creative energy.

Essentially, we must have a garbage removal system that cleans up both our external and internal lives.

For me, high intensity exercise is a key inner waste removal strategy. The sweat. The burn. The surge of power when I hit a certain point of intensity. Ahhh delicious!
