Who loves Açai bowls? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

I think they are delicious 😋

Remember just because it’s fruit doesn’t mean it will help you lose weight 🤪

Just be mindful there is a lot of fruits in one bowl usually 3 or more 🍌🥭🥑🥥🍎🍇🍓 plus granola

Which when your losing weight it can jeopardise your results if your not adding it into your macros intake for the day

As your eating a lot of fruit in one serving and usually the granola is high in fat/carbs

Not saying you can’t have just make sure it alines with your daily macro intake 😃 or have it as your meal of choice for the week 💪🏼

For a long time I was trying to lose weight 🥵

I stuck to my total calories for the day but I wasn’t seeing results

I couldn’t understand why after 3months I didn’t have much change

I lost 2kg, but my body fat % was still high

I didn’t have much muscle definition, I just looked big in my eyes

I pretty much I look almost the same 🤦‍♀️

Thats when the my internal voice came out you can’t be smaller like the other girls your just a bigger girl

Even tho I couldn’t see the results I was determine to find a way 💪🏼

I knew that if others in the world could do it I just needed to find the strategy

It wasn’t until I started to learn about macro nutrients and how increasing my protein when losing weight and gaining muscle played a massive roll
✅ I started to see muscle deffiniton
✅ Kept me full
✅ I was stronger
✅ I have more energy

I started to love how I was, how I looked and felt inside 🥰

Weight loss isn’t easy it’s hard work

Let’s admit it 👊

Getting up early when you don’t want to to go to the gym 😴

When exercising pushing yourself to go a little harder, faster, more weights 🏃🏼‍♀️💪🏼😰

Saying no 🙅🏼‍♀️ to foods that you enjoy (which are times can feel like your eating nothing or what you are eating is boring)

Learning what to eat to fuel your body so you’ll get the best results fast 🌱

And then you’ve heard of this thing trusting in the process! It’s a mind f*** 🤯 because we are so used to instant results.

With weight loss it doesn’t work like that!

❌ Stop thinking to find the next quick fix
❌ Fat burners, weight loss pills 💊
❌ Smashing yourself at the gym

What actually works.....

✅ Kept training consistent 4-5 times a week
✅ Eat whole foods
✅ Working our your macros eat accordingly to your goal
✅ Have a meal of your choice once a week
✅ Self talk/affirmations, creating belief in your ability

The results take time but they are lasting as you’ll learnt new habits for life.

When you open your mind to playing a game with your limits you’ll find it a more enjoyable process.

In general, the immune system does an incredible job of protecting us against disease, but sometimes it fails, and we get sick🤒

If you are getting sick regularly or not feeling 100%

I suggest that you have a look at your whole diet, what are you actually eating daily? rather than taking sups.

Supplements are not the answer the answers are in what you consume 😃

It important to have a variety of nutrients for us to function at optimal performance.
