Meet Little Miss "Hazel"

She is a German Shepherd puppy who just finished our Puppy Preschool Course.

This very clever girl also has a heart condition called Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA)
This can also affect people!

It is possible to fix this surgically however in the meantime her owners will work with a Vet Specialist Cardiologist to monitor Hazel's Heart as she grows.

Hazel won't let this slow her down and she loves playing and training - we can't wait to see her again in our Basic Obedience Course!

Meet Oscar - he is a little Chow Chow Puppy.

They are not a common breed and while cute and loving they often need a lot of ongoing Socialisation and Training to ensure they grow to be well-rounded Family Pets.

This breed of dog has many strong loyal bonds with friends and family, but the Chow Chow dog is usually overly protective of one or two main family members.

It is in the breed’s nature to be quiet and well behaved, but it is also resistant to training. Chow Chows become very stubborn and attach to certain individuals, as they age. This is why training them when they are puppies is crucial because they gain respect for those who care for them.

Chow Chows are considered to be an Ancient Dog Breed with some researchers believing they originated over 3000 years ago in Artic Asia
