You don’t need to have it all together to stay consistent.
Some days will feel easy.
Other days will feel heavy.
Some weeks you’ll feel strong and motivated.
Others, you’ll just be doing your best to get through.
That’s normal.
Consistency isn’t about perfection.
It’s about backing yourself through the ups and downs and continuing to return to the habits that support you.
Hang in there.
Keep turning up for you. 🤍

We’ve normalised and at time glamourised running ourselves into the ground.
Sitting all day.
Feeling exhausted.
Putting ourselves last.
And calling it “just being busy.”
But your body isn’t designed to live without movement.
Movement gives you more energy.
More capacity.
A better mood.
A stronger body.
A clearer mind.
Stop treating exercise like the extra thing. It is actually the thing that helps you handle everything else 🫶🏽✌🏽💪🏽👍🏽

It’s true! The modern woman often struggles to prioritise health and wellbeing, on the list of Life/Stuff and Things, and we often don’t realise it until we start to slowly sink.
If you want to get ahead of the stress, take some time out to check in on where you’re at. A few small tweaks to your priorities can save you a lot of stress.
When you’re well and feeling healthy, the list is less overwhelming and you feel like you have capacity to get through all the things.
