HELP SHAPE THE FUTURE OF FALCONS BASKETBALL 🏀🦅
We’re looking for passionate, experienced basketball people to join the Junior Falcons Coaching Committee for 2027.
The Coaching Committee will play an important role in supporting and developing our Junior Falcons coaches — helping turn our Falcons’ Identity into what players experience on the court every week.
This is an opportunity to:
🏀 Mentor and support the next generation of Falcons coaches
🧠 Share your knowledge, experience and ideas
📈 Help shape the development of players and coaches across our pathway
🤝 Build a stronger, more connected coaching culture
🔥 Help define what it means to be a Falcons coach
We’re looking for people with a range of experiences and expertise across high-performance coaching, player development, junior development, coach education and mentoring, and basketball pathways.
Most importantly, we’re looking for people who want to give back to our basketball community and help make Falcons Basketball better.
You don’t need to have all the answers. We’re looking for people who are willing to share what they know, give their time, learn from others and invest in the coaches and players coming through our program.
Could you help lead the next generation of Falcons coaches?
