June is Men’s Mental Health Month.
Too many men struggle in silence, feeling like they have to carry everything on their own.
For a lot of us, training becomes more than just fitness. It gives us structure, purpose, community, and an outlet when life gets heavy.
World Champion James “Sweet As” Honey sharing how training has helped his mental health.

More power doesn’t come from trying harder.
It comes from timing, balance, and learning how to transfer your weight properly through the kick.
Make these adjustments and your round kick will feel completely different 🥷⚔️
The fastest way to lose progress is getting sick when it was preventable
Recovery days aren’t optional. They’re part of the job 🏆🥷⚔️
Back in 2023, I suffered a bad concussion in training. I was booked to fight 3 months later, but honestly, I wasn’t sure if I’d make it to the fight.
It was frustrating, but I focused on recovering properly. I worked closely with concussion specialist Daniel Brown, PhD followed the process, and made sure I was healthy before stepping back into full training.
10 weeks later, I was back in the ring, putting on one of the best performances of my career before moving back to Thailand for a while.
Now, 6 weeks from today, I’ll be fighting on Eruption Muay Thai once again, and I expect nothing less than my best performance to date from myself.
My time to shine again 🏆🥷⚔️
See you in 6 weeks.
31 fights and the knees still haven’t got the memo 😭
POV: It’s 43 BC and coach said “give me XX”
