E-bikes breaking the law? What if it’s the government breaking the law? 🤯

Bosch, the biggest e-bike motor maker on earth, publishes TWO numbers for the same motor, in the same table, on their own site:

▪️ Rated continuous output: 250W
▪️ Maximum power: 750W

Both correct. Both completely legal.

Every Trek, Giant and Specialized on a shop floor does the same. 810W. 850W. 600W. All 250W bikes. All lawful. I’m not throwing any brand under the bus, I’m showing you how the industry works.

Peak power is a burst. Continuous is what the motor actually holds. The law has ALWAYS said continuous.

Our government doesn’t understand the difference. Are flat out falsely advertising 250W motors. And people are losing their property over it. 😳

So who’s actually breaking the law here? 👇

Human Rights Act 2019 (Qld) s.24: “A person must not be arbitrarily deprived of the person’s property.”

s.58: “It is unlawful for a public entity to act in a way that is not compatible with human rights.”

Unlawful. Their word, not mine.

Compare it to a car. Speed. Street race. Do burnouts. Police can impound it, but to DESTROY it they need a court order. A magistrate. A hearing. Your side of the story.

A bike gets none of that. No charge. No judge. Just a deadline most people never hear about.

Our bikes are certified, tested and passed. I sent politicians and TMR everything in this video.

Their entire reply: “We acknowledge the concerns you have raised. TMR is proceeding with implementation.”

That’s it. Not one question answered. Nobody consulted us. Nobody consulted the engineers who do the measurement.

⚠️ IF YOUR BIKE HAS BEEN SEIZED, DO NOT ACCEPT IT ⚠️

Not the seizure. Not “it’s over 250 watts.” Not the silence. But move NOW. There are deadlines, and a bike can be forfeited automatically. No court. No hearing. Gone.

1️⃣ Get the notice and reason in writing. Ask what test was used.
2️⃣ Ask about the release process the same day.
3️⃣ DM us. We’ll send our Statement of Compliance free, whatever you ride.
4️⃣ Get legal advice. We’re manufacturers, not lawyers.
