Reflecting on My Journey:
In my twenties and thirties, I stepped onto the stage as a bodybuilding competitor something I never imagined when I first began my fitness journey.
That journey started during one of the most challenging times in my life. I was a tired, emotionally drained mother of a two-year-old, unknowingly living in a domestic
violence situation.
It was physical abuse (breaking property), mental, emotional, verbal, and financial.
When I look back at this photo, I see more than a physique I see strength during a season of turmoil.
Fitness became my outlet, my empowerment, and my path to reclaiming control.

▫️I first started designing my Personal Training business during my Business Module while completing my Cert IV at TAFE in 2018….
▫️My business name originated as-
“Carpe Diem Physiques”.
▫️I didn’t launch my Personal Training business until January 2021.
▫️When it came to launching, I thought “Carpe Diem Physiques” is a mouthful…
▫️So C.D.P is an abbreviation derived from “Carpe Diem Physiques”…
▫️As in literal speaking, we all “seize the day” on our health and fitness when we choose to take the leap in a lifestyle change for a healthier version of ourselves!
