I’m Metabolic P***e — coach, lifter, worker, husband, and a big believer that fitness should fuel your life, not restrict it.
This page exists for one reason:
👉 To teach people how to build a metabolism that works FOR them, not against them.
If there’s one thing I wish I could teach my younger self, my family, and every new client — it’s this:
Food is fuel.
Training is the engine.
Results come from understanding input vs output.
Too many people are under-eating, over-dieting, scared of food, and wondering why their energy, strength, mood, and body composition are going backwards.
I teach the opposite.
