Our Health Rules

Our Health Rules OHR is a joint project delivered by Communities for Children: Raymond Terrace-Karuah in partnership with UON Family Action Centre and the Smith Family. OHR!

is run by Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Anne Hills, and aims to improve the health and wellbeing of families and children, living in the Port Stephens, Raymond Terrace and Karuah region. We apply a whole of family and community centred approach to improve health literacy, build skills and influence behaviour change towards a brighter future. We look forward to running activities, programs and training opportunities to promote healthy eating through cooking programs such as Oz Harvest NEST and support parents with young children in their feeding journey through the PICNIC Port Stephens program.
