CrossFit Punisher remains an affiliate and has been since 2011. At this stage it is exclusive due to the nature of the owners and its members external activities. However, the long term plan is to head to Queensland and run the affiliate with the owners full attention and time. Otherwise we remain to be in Sydney and apologise to those who can't get access to the small facility.
Cheers

So Week 1 has been great the best lesson I have gotten from this weeks is understanding what my body feels is hunger and not bordem.
My whole outlook on Paleo has changed this last week, it is actually quite easy to maintain, easy to prepare and cheap yes I said CHEAP, my meals work out to be around $3.00 - $5.00/meal (maybe even less cause I use leftovers) as apposed to say $5 - 20/meal and if you add the cost of living a life full of heartdisease, highcholesterol and depression for being so sick I'd prefer to buy fresh fruit and veges and SPRING HILL BEEF!!
This Week of Paleo speaks for itself I have lost exactly 2.4kg, 2cm of my waist, 4cm of my hips and so on....
I have PB'd my DL, BS, and SN**CH, I am running better, am motivated to train more consistantly and generally feel better within my body. The goal of Paleo for me is to become a better athlete while loosing some i'm so saad for hurting my shoulder kilos he he he he anyways, see below for Mondays menue!!!!
