Through the practice of yoga, we discover that concern for the happiness and well-being of other people, as well as animals, must be an integral part of the search for our own happiness and well-being.

It’s not easy to give a clear definition of the word “beauty”. It’s a wide notion which is based on what the viewer feels on a conscious and base-instinct level. For example, when I see red roses I say they’re beautiful. The same applies to cute little puppies, kittens, nice architecture, natural wonders, stormy sea, etc. Beauty basically lies in the core of these creatures and objects. At the same time we often notice when women or men are physically attractive. In this case we say: “she is beautiful” or “he is handsome”.
