Tip - when you have left over veggies that need to be used but you don’t need them right away, cut them up and freeze them in ziplocks so you can grab them out when you do need them.

I had a few of these bags in the freezer.
I put them all in the Thermomix and blend them all together, then used it in this mince make up.

We will use this for spaghetti bolognaise, tacos, nachos or home made pies
Could also use for taco bowls, or lasagne.
Super handy to have in the freezer to pull out when you don’t have a heap of time to prepare something!
