Australia (and the World's) best rowers and coaches were on show at the beautiful National Arboretum for the 2016 awards ceremony.

The culmination of a gruelling 12 week program for a bunch of girls and guys who had never pulled a pair of gloves on before. An enormous effort by Gavin Stone of Gym Victus to whip the combatants into shape in the codes of boxing and Muay Thai.
