Dreamtime TOA crew headed down the road to play in the Yass KO for the Australia Day weekend!
New faces joined our family this weekend and the team put in some stellar performances.
Unfortunately the crew went down in the GF to our rebel friends 5-2.
Overall, a massive effort from all with steven, doing all our reffing load (5 games in total on top of playing), to our girls Keesha (aka Kevin 😂) Dee and Lyds who also played women’s and won their division, to jimmy, jibby, Lewis and Leanne picking up a few games in the men’s division for the bears team who were short some players.
Mon and Josh for supplying all the camping gear to keep us shaded from the 33 degree sun, and to the players and our Dreamtime TOA families for showing up and supporting us theoughout the weekend!

What a weekend of touch! We have 12 players of our Dreamtime TOA crew play in the NSW state cup held in Port Macquarie over the weekend only for some of those players to back up after the 8 hr drive home today for a GF appearance in both mixed A grade and Men’s A grade. Due to other commitments we were short on troops tonight, only having 7 players and mixed and 6 players (no subs) for mens and coming away with 2 wins is an amazing effort. Thank you to the opposition, Falcons and Gungahlin Cats Touch (jive cats) boys for tough games and a great season and Touch Football ACT for putting the comp on and the refs for showing up so we can play each week.

Next up, ACT 6 weeks comp and YASS KO with Dreamtime TOA teams making an appearance in those comps!

It was amazing seeing so many of our Dreamtime TOA family play in the inaugural Touch Football ACT super series. We have 16 players across 8 teams play in this comp and jess/steven, trung and nugget sponsoring teams to help get this comp off the ground!

We have our very own Lewis cook winning not only MVP and player of the GF and Seb winning joint top try scorer!

And our girl players rach and Leanne winning the women’s GF with their dolphins team mates!

Overall an amazing comp which displayed so much talent, right here in our very own back yard! Keen for next season with hopefully more players!

Another successful winter season for our Dreamtime TOA teams. This season we had 3 teams competing across 2 nights in our ACT touch comps and with that, 3 GF appearances and 3 GF wins.
Congratulations to all our players that played this season. We hope you all return and please, bring some new faces!

Today we had both our Mixed and Mens team play in their grand finals! Congratulations to our Mixed team winning there final against Phoenix 9-5 and unfortunately our Men’s team went down to AAA 5-3. Amazing effort by all and a massive effort getting both teams to another final!
