After almost 10 years living in Australia just teaching and coaching hundreds of adults and kids, the feeling of going to a class as a student again, in a traditional BJJ school, white gis only,is just unbelievable 😍 And be able to promote my girlfriend with her 4 stripe on her Purple Belt 💜🤎AND get my 3 stripe on my Black Belt from the hands of Professor Renato was a huge honour and humbling experience because after almost 25 years training we realise more and more that the learning NEVER ends. Thank you for having me Professor I really appreciate it 🙏🏻

Depois de quase 10 anos morando na Austrália apenas treinando e ensinando centenas de adultos e crianças a sensação de ir pra aula como estudante de novo é simplesmente incrível 😍 E poder graduar minha namorada com o quarto grau na Faixa Roxa 💜🤎EEE poder pegar meu terceiro grau na Faixa Preta das mãos do professor Renato foi uma grande honra e aquela maravilhosa sensação de que o aprendizado NUNCA acaba❤️ Obrigado a você e seus alunos por me receber tão bem professor 🙏🏻

I’m REALLY proud of the whole TG team competing on Sunday, some of them for the first time, some of them injured, some of them overcoming a lot of stuff to be there and everyone did really really good omg 😍

3,4 years ago this guy came to the gym looking for private boxing for his wife and when she came to do the class she brought her little 12 year old daughter Sophie, the little girl was watching the class with big 👀 and super excited watching her mom punching the pads, one moment I said: do you want to try Sophie? She said yes and from that moment on she never stopped, we started with Muay Thai, strength and conditioning, self defence and today she does Jiu Jitsu, Judo and she just turned 16 and I’m SO happy and proud to be promoting her with her blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 💙 Interesting fact: I was leaving the gym super late and this guy (her dad) showed up checking out the gym asking questions and 2 months later he built a beautiful little gym in his house for his kids to train and today he knows more about the history and theory of Bjj than LOTS of practitioners, 10 seconds later I would have left the gym and maybe this would never have happened 🤯 Thank you so much Steve and Lynn for trusting me all this time 🙏🏻 you did a FANTASTIC work raising your kids they are the best congratulations ❤️!!!

3,4 anos um cara apareceu na academia procurando por aulas de boxe para sua esposa, quando ela apareceu pra aula ela trouxe sua filha de 12 anos junto, a garotinha estava facinada olhando sua mae treinando e perguntei se ela queria fazer tambem, apartir daquele momento ela nunca mais parou e hoje faz Jiu Jitsu e Judo e ela fez 16 anos outro dia e hoje tive a honra de gradua la faixa Azul 💙 Detalhe: eu estava saindo da academia em 10 segundos e ele chegou e ficou perguntando um monte de coisa e dois meses depois construiu uma academia para seus filhos treinarem na sua casa e hoje ele sabe da historia e teoria do Jiu Jitsu mais do Que muito praticante❤️ por 10 segundos isso nao teria acontecido 🤯 Oss

When I started Jiu Jitsu 20+ years ago my dream was to be a brown belt some day because back then there was no beginners classes, not much methodology and control so only the strong, big and crazy people would survive the first year 😄 After a long journey today I can say Jiu Jitsu gave me everything I have, it took me to many places and introduced me to many incredible interesting people ❤️ Grading days are always happy, tense, unfortunately sad sometimes, this grading was really special to me because I could promote our first Black belt Chris Pearson a absolute legend who has all the excuses not to train hard every day (over 50, heart surgeries, just had a baby) and he trains harder than everyone 🖤 And I could promote my good friend to his 💜 belt after a looong tough journey, what a honour to me amigo😊 It’s so rewarding and satisfying to promote this good amazing people with belts and stripes that are S O hard to get! I Love my job❤️

Quando comecei Jiu Jitsu a mais de 20 anos atras meu sonho era ser faixa marrom porque naquela epoca era Tao dificil porque nao tinha classes de iniciantes, nao tinha muito controle e metodologia entao só os mais fortes, grandes e doidos sobreviviam o primeiro ano😄 Depois de uma longa jornada posso dizer que o Jiu Jitsu me deu tudo q tenho, me levou pra muitos lugares e me apresentou muita gente boa e interessante. Dias de graduaçao sao sempre felizes, tensos e triste as vzs infelizmente. Mas esse foi muito especial pra mim porque pude promover nosso primeiro faixa preta, um cara Que tem todas desculpas pra nao treinar forte todos os dias (passou dos 50, cirurgia de coraçao, acabou de ser pai) e ele treina mais e mais forte q todos ali ❤️ E graduei tambem meu bom amigo Rob com a faixa roxa depois de uma jornada looonga e muito didicil 💜 É muito bom e satisfatorio poder ajudar e graduar pessoas tao boas com algo q é TÃO dificil de conseguir! Amo meu trabalho!Oss❤️
