What started as an idea more than 6 - 7 years ago is now sitting in my hands.

DO. DECIDE. ACCOUNT. is real.

To everyone who has already pre-ordered — thank you. 🙏🏾

We announced the tour book and already have 30 pre-orders, and we haven’t even officially announced the website yet.

And at the Murdoch University event, more than 150 people have already pre-registered.

I don’t take any of that for granted.

Honestly, this is one of the biggest milestones I’ve achieved so far — and I’m excited, grateful and, if I’m being honest, a little nervous.

Because the next part isn’t just about writing the book anymore.

It’s about meeting you in person, sharing the story behind it, having the conversations and seeing what DO. DECIDE. ACCOUNT. means to people beyond the pages.

In case you missed last week’s post. 11 years of continuous study - from a Bachelor's in Cyber Security, to a Master's in Criminology, and now an Executive MBA from UNSW, Sydney - Australia's No.1 university and ranked No.19 in the world.

I never attended a graduation ceremony before — not even after Year 12. But this one was meant to be celebrated, and I'm glad I showed up.
Every milestone matters.

11 years down. The next chapter starts now.
From the classroom to chasing the C-suite —
CEO, CIO, CISO, CTO and beyond.

From April - July, 2026, I messaged more than 150 organisations, including, charities, universities and schools, for supports, sponsorship, partnerships with little or no response.

For a long time, I wondered whether the work would eventually create something bigger. Then Murdoch University, Perth South St, replied (Murdoch University)

And now.
5 hours after the Eventbrite went live: 70 people have already registered their interest.

That is not hype.
That is consistency.

From a village where I didn’t speak English, to studying at an internationally recognised university in Australia, and now having my book featured alongside fellow Murdoch alumni and established authors.

I honestly can’t put this moment into words. But it’s a simple practical framework:

1. DO - Act With Responsibility.
2. DECIDE - Make intentional choices based on awareness.
3. ACCOUNT - Own the outcome, reflect, adjust and continue forward.

Thank you, , Sam, the mastermind behind bringing this together.

Winter tested the consistency. Spring gets the result.

From 44:03 at Gungahlin event #580 to a 21:07 PB at event #628 — with plenty of 22-minute runs in between. The biggest win wasn’t one fast Saturday; it was building the consistency to make 21 minutes normal.

Winter progression:
44:03 → 32:02 → 29:55 → 22:58 → 22:57 → 22:54 → 23:19 → 22:43 → 30:02 → 22:14 → 31:14 → 22:20 → 22:05 PB → 22:45 → 30:24 → 23:21 → 22:46 → 22:15 → 22:27 → 23:38 → 23:22 → 23:07 → 22:52 → 22:41 → 23:00 → 23:11 → 23:08 → 23:09 → 24:24 → 22:37 → 22:36 → 22:18 → 22:03 PB → 22:00 PB → 21:38 PB → 21:24 PB → 21:07 PB.
