Day 3 & 4 will be a combined effort on Sunday as I run in the Canberra Times Fun Run half marathon (21.1km) then it is full speed ahead for the rest of November!

Gday legends!
As of this Friday, I’m setting out to run 10k a day for 30 days to raise awareness and funds for victims who have, and are currently suffering through domestic violence. I’ll be proudly running in support of the great team at Domestic Violence Crisis Services and have set myself a goal of $2000. For every donation, you will receive entry in to a prize raffle to be drawn on December 1 filled with a number of great prizes from a bunch of brands & sponsors who have kindly contributed to the cause.
