Hey guys due to weather all boxing and fitness classes will be cancelled.

Tonight Coach Penny trained some basic strongman techniques pulling a tractor tire and a 25kg chain up and down our dirt road!!

EXCITING NEWS -
All state owners Penny Cooper and James Whitty today lodged the planning permit for the new gym. The council now has 60 days to view and approve the application.
All state is moving forward because of the love & support of our amazing friends and clients!

Hi guy, I'm really sorry to tell you that we have decided to stop kids classes. There is not enough kids. On the bright side we have got a factory in Pakenham just off baldhill Rd. We hope to be in within 60 days. As soon as we get in there we will be holding kids classes There. Thanks Penny.
