A little birdie reminded us that it is a special day today…

This Revhead has been racing speedway for 1 whole year!!

How crazy to think that not so many years ago she would not even get in a go kart let alone put a pedal to the metal and now here she is rocking like a true champion.

Go get em girl and enjoy being back in the seat alongside your brother and friends. 💜💚💜💚

That’s a wrap on 2025/26 Season with the presentation night for both the Grafton City Speedway Club & Lismore Automobile Club.

Both kids had a fantastic season at both tracks and even ticked off finally getting to compete together…which had Travis worried with Harper knocking on the bumper at one point!

We couldn’t be prouder of Travis & Harper with their determination to their racing but also the kind hearted nature both take every meeting to the track to see their fellow competitors and supporters.

The team is ready to go here at Narrabri Speedway for the 2026 SSA Junior Sedan NSW State Title.

Travis will be contesting the title in a strong field of 18 SSA Juniors for his chance of being NSW #1.

Harper is supporting in the SSA Northwest New Star Cup.

How cool is this!!

The kiddos are always up for a good car display and showing their fans their love of Motorsport.

Currently set up at the front of the the Northern Rivers Hotel to send out tomorrow nights Finale at Lismore Speedway.

This will be the last chance to catch the Revheads on the Lismore track for 2026 as they start to round out their season!!

Racing tomorrow night from 5pm for what will be a cracking night of racing.

Tonight he will contest 3 rounds of heats against another stellar field of SSA Juniors. 🏁

After a huge day ‘Victa’ has a new heart and is ready to hit the track again for Night 2 of the SSA Junior Sedan National Title.

A huge thank you to Josh McAlpine for a new engine to get Travis going again and to his Western Australian Family especially Dwayne for opening up his workshop for the team to use so the boys can do a swap over of the engines and all those that have helped throughout today.

Good luck Travis for your final night of this years event. Hopefully luck will go on your side tonight. 💚💜

Night 1 Recap

Travis’ night started out with a very wet track which delayed the commencement of heat 1. After what felt like forever and many laps of track packing (hoping not to run out of fuel) they were in their way to gridding up!

Heat 1 saw Travis start out of P6 and got a cracking start. He managed to make his way forward to take P3.

Heat 2 Travis was the pole sitter and upon green he got the slight jump on the field but would soon wash a little bit wide and allow cars underneath. Sitting comfortably in 3rd in the dying laps, with Travis trying everything he could to catch the front he unfortnantly caught the inside lip on track sending him spearing up into the wall making hard contact and resulted in a DNF.

The team inspected the damage & found that on impact some important engine components expired and as they say that’s all she wrote.
As Travis’ National Title looks to be over for 2026, the team are going to reassess this morning with talks of replacing the broken engine components and hopefully Trav can get back out tonight to cut a few more laps. 🤞🏻

Grid Draws have been released!!!

First 3 rounds of heats will be contested tonight from 5pm AWST with round 4 tomorrow night.

The team at DRT want to wish our superstar Travis the best of luck in his National Title pursuit. May his weekend of racing be fast,clean and free of incident.

We would like to also wish all the competitors that Travis will be racing against the same luck.

A huge thank you to Andrew & Benji Gordon for allowing Travis the opportunity to attend this years event, loading him into their truck to tow him over. You are amazing humans. Good luck Benji!
