The number one question we were asked on the weekend was will we run this event again...... well we had so much fun that we would be crazy not to do it again.
We know this event was fantastic, however we want to improve on the experience for next year and we need your help. Please complete the survey and tell us what you think we did well and what we can do better for next year.
Thank you again to everyone who supported this event, our vendors were so excited to meet you and share some fibre crafty goodness.

Susan Doherty is a multi-discipline artist whose practice jumps from found object sculpture, textiles, works on paper, painting/ collage and remade/preloved adornments to wear or wall hang. Her process flows organically across disciplines and size, from large to small, from ephemeral to the lasting and timeless.
At the heart of Susan Doherty’s work is a commitment to transformation and rooted in the repurposing. This ethos runs through her art, exploring her traces of existence while wrapping things in the vernacular of materials.
Influenced by Oceanic and so-called “primitive” art traditions, Susan embraces an
intuitive, tactile approach. Her self taught unconventional techniques combine organic and man-made elements.
Each piece, Susan invites viewers into a world where transformation is possible.
You check out Susan's website https://susandohertyartist.au/ for more information on her incredible works.

Joining us as a Vendor but also as a stop on her national book signing tour, we are extremely honoured to have joining us at this years festival.
Jenny is a world renowned crochet pattern designer and author and believes we should all be making creations that make our hearts sing. She loves to design wearables that you will love to make and also feel gorgeous when you are wearing them.
At the centre of Jenny's business is the belief that Crochet has the ability to give us a sense of peace, a feeling of control over something in our lives when all else seems chaotic. It gives us the ability to open up our brain with the satisfying rhythm of repetitive stitching to improve our mindfulness.
Jenny will have a selection of yarns, patterns and kits available at the festival along with copies of her new book Festival Threads, which has patterns named after Villages within the Northern Rivers. Jenny will signing copies of her book at our VIP night on Friday night.
