We’re proud to support LIVIN and their incredible LIVINWELL sessions, a 45-minute program designed to break the stigma around mental health and promote positive mental health in team environments.
Whether it’s in the workplace, school, or community/sport, LIVINWELL helps people step up and take action with a focus on mental health education.
Through these sessions, participants will gain:
✔️ Conversational strategies to drive stigma reduction
✔️ The knowledge to identify warning signs and symptoms
✔️ Strategies to support colleagues, friends, or family
✔️ Effective coping, resilience, and stress management techniques
✔️ Resources on when and where to seek professional help

Casey Health & Fitness Group has vacancies for Female & Male Personal Trainers at the Snap Fitness Clyde North gym and at the Snap Fitness Cranbourne West gym.
Personal Trainers are offered very good conditions and the best value rent in the industry. Trainers can work at one gym or both gyms. Plus trainers are paid $60 for each 45 minute group fitness class, and classes are already programmed for you!
Snap Fitness Clyde North has 1400 members and Snap Fitness Cranbourne West 1000 members, so this is a great opportunity for great personal trainers to join the team at these 2 modern gyms.
In 2024 Casey Health & Fitness Group open the new Snap Fitness Clyde gym at Ramlegh Springs and the new (huge) Snap Fitness Botanic Ridge gym, so join the team now, with options to PT at gyms all over Casey!
