For R U OK Day, we’re opening our doors to your friends too 🫶🏼 Bring a friend along to any class between 7am and 12pm for FREE. Because moving your body is always better with someone you love by your side ✨

And stay for a little chat, a Kit Kat (on us, obviously) and some time to just catch up 💛

This is exactly what we wanted JIM Coolum to feel like 🥹

A place where you can come in, get a good workout, have a laugh, meet new people and just feel comfortable being here. Seeing everyone already bringing their own energy into the studio has created an amazing community so quickly!

Each block lasts for 4 week, giving you the opportunity to go to classes you haven’t tried and to progress in classes you stick to!
