Taco salad bowl for dinner tonight.
I made my own version of refried beans using mashed cannellini beans, crushed walnuts and taco seasoning, then frying them up with a little water. It worked so well!
The taco shells add a tasty little crunch to the meal π
You'll also find some red capsicum, zucchini and mushrooms in there π
