Hey there! I’m Jo, a dedicated health and fitness coach who loves helping people build a solid foundation for their well-being. I believe everyone deserves to thrive with a baseline of health that lets you enjoy life and do the things you love.

Having navigated my own weight loss journey, I understand the challenges you might face, and I’m here to support you—no judgment, just guidance. If weight management is your goal, I’m ready to help, but that’s not all I specialise in.

I also focus on health and habit coaching, exercise onboarding, functional fitness, women’s health management, and optimising your environment for better health. Consistency is key 🔑

Can we give a big shoutout to Irene 🎉🎉

Irene’s ability to stay consistent to her training through the ups and downs of life has allowed her to see some really exciting improvements to her overall strength & health.

Some of Irene results:
- not being able to perform any body weight chin ups, to being able to Perform 2 reps 🤩🤩
- Reduced 2kg of body fat by adding in more carbohydrates per day 🔑

What has Irene been doing to help her achieve her results:

- 1x strength session per week, focusing on full body with rep ranges between 8-10.
- Learning to Listening to her body, and understating that not every session needs to be a 10/10 intensity to achieve results.
- Prioritising her recovery days, focusing not just on physical recovery but also mental as well.
- Adding in carbohydrates pre session to help her fuel her performance.
