📢Time Table update

We have shifted some fitness class times around slightly as well as added more times to better fit in with busy lifestyles.

📢Morning classes have shifted to 10am to allow more time for school drop offs for parents.

📢We have added a new HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) & mobility session.
Its an amazing way to get strong, burn fat and increase flexibility I know you're all going to enjoy it
