📣 ABCRA CENTRAL WEST ZONE AGM 📣

The Central West Zone Annual General Meeting will be held on:

📅 Saturday 13th June 2026
📍 Cabonne Community Centre, Molong
🕘 9:00am for a 9:30am start

A general meeting will also follow the AGM.

A Judges Seminar will also be held, commencing at approximately 1:00pm.

All committee members and general members are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Please note:
📧 Agenda items must be submitted to CWZ via email prior to Saturday 6th June 2026.
💲Committees must be financial to be eligible to vote.

Not always an easy decision for a committee but guess we cant complain about the rain 🙌

‼️ CANCELLED ‼️

Unfortunately the committee has made the tough decision to cancel our Campdraft this coming weekend, with the rain received last week and more forecasted this week we are no longer able to truck in our donated cattle.

Whilst we are disappointed, on the bright side we hope everyone gets some rain this week to make it worth it 🌧️

We thank our generous cattle donors and sponsors for their support- we will be back later in the year if conditions allow!!! 🍻

1. I do offer a photo package where you get a discount for ordering 5 photos but please note all photos must be ordered at the same time so if you and the family competed across the whole weekend please wait until Saturday and Sunday photos are up (I will announce on socials)

2. I have made a copy of all presentation photos available for free download for anyone that would like a copy just visit the presentation album and there will be a download button at the top. (Apologies to our Maiden Horses on Friday Night unfortunately without any flash or light etc cameras don't really work in the dark)

3. Any pics I may have captured during the open for open on Saturday will be in with the open event as I was tied up with the juniors and Juveniles in the presentation area I probably missed you.

4. If you can't find a photo of you in a particular event please note that I captured outside runs, I also mostly culled any mouths open on horses etc or if you had a outside run that got a little western I may not have got a great shot and therefore would have been filtered out so please be mindful of this when looking for your photos.

5. Candids are also spread throughout all the albums so be sure to have a little scroll through all the albums as you may find a hidden gem or a sneaky shot.
