It was like being at a kickass concert ... but on a spin bike. That room, that place ... OMG, is this even real? π₯° I have to be dreaming! π

I raised over $1,000 for beyondblue and ran 10km for everyone affected by mental illness. Tried a Connect session at Therapy Fitness this morning π₯°. It did not disappoint. The biggest challenge for me was the 35 degree heat π₯΅ but ... I made it and I feel amazing! π€
And ? Hope always exists! What are you hoping for?.π€

This morning's message at Therapy Fitness ... courage! β€πͺ I've been needing a dose of that lately ... courage to face the day, courage to process certain things, courage to confidently say and do what makes me ... me!

Great way to kick start the weekend (and shake off a bit of a hangover from an awesome work Chrissy party last night π€¦ββοΈ).

I admit I couldn't quite keep up and felt a little disappointed in myself, but the positive affirmations and the message on the mirror kept me believing. I've done it before and I can do it again π₯.
