***Congratulations Sophia Nona!***
You are the winner of this deadly merch pack 🤩
We had some great entries so thanks all you mob. We’ve compiled them into the below Deadly tips to keep your eyes healthy:
👀Get your eyes checked regularly (every 1-2 years you mob).
🕶️Wear your sunnies. Our UV light is strong in the Territory – protect your eyes.
🍉Eat healthy foods, greens, colourful fruits, fish and bush foods support good eye health.
✅Look after your blood sugar, your blood pressure and your cholesterol.
😎Give your eyes a rest from screens. Use the 20-20-20 rule: Every 20 minutes, look about 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
🚭Cut down on smoking, it reduces risk of cataracts and slows eye damage.
👓Wear protective eyewear when gardening, using tools or any activities that may cause objects to travel close to your eyes.
🗣️Talk about your eyes. Talking about eye health with your family can help all of you stay healthy.
