Good news we’re back dancing from tomorrow until the end of May 💃💃
Unfortunately not part of the Get Active program. But we’re still grooving all the same.

We explored, we expressed, dancing to the the sound of the pouring rain. High intensity, low intensity. Finishing with calm and peace.
The rain, the beautiful breeze, focusing on our breath. Trusting and completely sinking into the moment.
