Congratulations Tracy Village Cricket Club on winning the 2026 DDCC Spirit Of Cricket award at last nights League Senior Presentation night!

🏏 We’re incredibly proud to win the Spirit of Cricket Award for 2026!

A reminder that cricket is about more than just winning. It’s about how we play the game, how we treat our opponents, and the values we represent on and off the field.

For those wondering about the criteria for the award:

Awarded to the club demonstrating the best on-field behaviour. Points are derived from the Spirit of Cricket section of the Prem T20, A, B and Women’s Div 1 Umpire Reports, and adjusted based on incident reports across all grades.

A fantastic recognition of the way our players represent our club. Congratulations to everyone involved! 💛❤️🏏

Congratulations Southern Districts Cricket Club on being named DDCC CLUB Champions for 2026!!

The grin says it all 😁 YEAH WE DID!!! 🏆

Southern Districts Cricket Club, WINNERS of the Club Championship for 2026, YEWWW THE CROCS! 🐊

In the Darwin & Districts Cricket Competition, the Club Championship is awarded to the most successful club across all DDCC grades based on regular-season performance. Results across men’s, women’s, junior, Sunday and T20 competitions contribute. Finals results don’t count toward it.

So when Southern Districts wins the Club Championship, it essentially says……

We’re flippin’ awesome and across the entire season, across the breadth of the club, the Crocs accumulated the strongest overall regular-season results in the DDCC.
