Doncaster Rovers was founded in 1967 and has since developed to become a prominent soccer club in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. With a Senior Men's team in State Division 2, and many Junior teams, Rovers is an important contributor to football in the state, whilst also supporting the local community through various programs.

Round 10 match update: seniors game abandoned.
It was fantastic to get a win for our reserves with a full time score of 3-2.
However the seniors match between Heatherton United SC and Rovers was abandoned after around 15 minutes after Heatherton goalkeeper Matt Cafer suffered a broken leg after a collision.
All of us at Rovers wish Matt a safe and speedy recovery and send our best wishes to everyone involved. 💛💚

Wednesday night's senior dinner was proudly supplied by ! Our senior squad of U21s, Reserves and Seniors enjoyed a burger after training! Thank you to Royal Stacks in Doncaster Road Doncaster for their support!

This week we have our VCFA Masters playing on Friday night followed by a packed Saturday and Sunday of Miniroos and Junior games - canteen will be open!

It's 1 v 2 this Friday night! A massive game for our senior men this week as they go against top of the table .
We'll need a big crowd to cheer on the boys, so get your Rovers gear on and head to Bosnia & Herzegovina Centre Pitch in Springvale ready for the Reserves kick off at 6.30, followed by the seniors at 8.30pm.

Round 9 update: Our reserves suffered a 6-0 defeat with a depleted squad which allowed some U18 players to get their debut in senior football.
The Seniors clinched a disciplined 2-0 away victory in a crucial clash against experienced opposition, with the team showing resilience, composure and determination to secure an important win.

Friday night was Rovers Movie night! A special thanks to everyone who was there to help last night, over 70 kids at the movie night, it was a great hit for the kids. True community spirit, congratulations to everyone involved !!

Amazing! Well done to our senior women, winning 6-0 in round 5 at home last night! Fantastic effort!

Friday we have our Senior women playing from 7.30 and the Rovers kids' movie night (members, please see our Whatsapp chat to register your child(ren)).
