Program runs for 6 weeks with PIODA health performance who is the leading sports and conditions coaches for Northcote City’s entire club from JBNPL - Senior men’s.

Location will be at Northcote City Football Club - Darebin International Sports Centre.

We’re thrilled to announce the collaboration between Yuis Elite Soccer Academy and PIODA! Together, we’re launching a 6-week off-season program featuring specialised football sessions alongside strength and conditioning training. The strength and conditioning sessions will incorporate Speed and Power.

PIODA, in partnership with Northcote City FC, has been instrumental in developing all their squads throughout the 2024 season. We’re excited to bring their expertise to our players, helping them elevate their game and stay fit during the offseason and in preparation for season 2025.

This partnership marks an exciting new chapter for both YES Academy and PIODA, and we can’t wait to see the results! Let’s kick off this journey together! ⚽️⚡️💪🏽
