WHAT A DAY AT DROMANA! 💚🖤💛
QUALIFYING FINAL
Yesterday we had the privilege of hosting our very first MPFNL final at Pier Street and what a brilliant day it was.
From early morning right through to the final siren, Pier Street was absolutely buzzing with 5 cracking games of netball, 3 great games of footy and a fantastic crowd enjoying finals action at Dromana.
Our A Grade girls didn’t get the result they were hoping for, but they fought hard in a quality finals contest and we’re incredibly proud of them.
Then, to finish the day, our Senior footballers gave the Tiger faithful plenty to cheer about with a fantastic win! 🐯
A day like this simply doesn’t happen without a huge amount of work behind the scenes.
To everyone who volunteered, helped with set-up, gates, parking, BBQs, canteen, bars, scoring, running, cleaning and all the little jobs in between, we thank you. Whether you gave us an hour or spent the entire day helping, you played a part in making the day such a success.
A huge thank you also to all the visiting clubs, players, officials and supporters who joined us at Pier Street and helped create such a brilliant finals atmosphere.
We were so proud to host our first final and even prouder of the way our club came together to make it happen.
Eight great games. A packed Pier Street. A brilliant atmosphere. And a Tigers win to finish the day.
