I was reflecting on my hair journey as I was walking home from the office one day last week..I had a bit of a light bulb moment ..just to give you a bit of context after losing my beautiful cousin earlier this year to cancer my hair fell out..losing her was just such a huge shock..very unexpected and it did rock my world and not in a good way..

What I realised was it took, self love, commitment, consistency, patience, trusting the process and having gratitude for the hair that was left on my head in order to get it to where it is now..its the same mindset you need when you are on your weight loss journey..how I know this is because I did the 1:1 diet plan too and it was what I experienced..I was so laser beam focused on getting to 9 stones but all these amazing things happened too which has helped with personal growth
