Happy Fathers Day!!

🏏 HAPPY FATHER’S DAY FROM THE HAMMERHEADS! 🦈

Today we celebrate all the dads, grandads, stepdads and father figures across the Eglinton Hammerheads Cricket Club.

For many of our Hammerheads, being a dad means pulling on the club colours and taking the field yourself, then heading home to the family who supports you every week.

Whether you’re opening the batting, steaming in with the new ball, chasing one to the boundary, enjoying a cold one with the boys after the game, or trying to explain why you’ll be home “just after cricket” — today is for you! 😂🏏

To all our Hammerheads dads, we hope you get spoiled today and enjoy some quality time with the family.

And hopefully your Father’s Day presents include some new cricket gear… because you definitely needed another bat! 🏏😂

🦈 Happy Father’s Day, Hammerheads!

AMS has been with the Eglinton Hammerheads for three seasons straight since before we even had a name people recognised, let alone a home ground worth turning up to.

From a club that started with nothing but a park and a group of people who wanted somewhere close to home to play, AMS has backed us through every step, our first playing kit on the field, our signage at Heath Park, and every season since.

AMS provides commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration services across WA,a proof that a business built on precision and reliability shows up the same way for the community, season after season.

To everyone at AMS including Chris Berr for believing in a young club before it had much to show for itself, and for staying with us as we’ve grown. You’re one of the biggest reasons the Hammerheads have a future.

🧡💙

🥇 DOUBLE THE TROPHY, DOUBLE THE TRADITION! 🥇
When you lead from the front, the results speak for themselves.
Not only did he bag the Most Wickets for the season, but he also took home the club award for an unforgettable, match-winning 5-fer.

Let’s take a look at the summer shift he put in:
🔥 5/38 (17.1 overs) vs LCC Men G
🔥 4/26 (8 overs) vs LCC Men G (He loves playing LCC!)
🔥 3/51 (15 overs) vs KWCC
🔥 Total control, relentless line, and length all season.
Congratulations, Baldev! The definition of a true Hammerheads match-winner. 🦈🏏

From tearing through top orders to squeezing the economy rate down to pennies, skip showed us exactly how it’s done all summer.
