Helping woman take back control of their health and fitness through education and lifelong habits.

What gets me every time is how many women walk in already sure that they’re the problem.

They tell me things like “I just can’t stick to anything,” or “I always end up right back where I started.” I hear it constantly, and it makes me sad, because it honestly isn’t true.

When you actually look at what happened, they didn’t fail at all. Nobody ever taught them what to do once the diet was over. They’d learned how to eat less and be “good” for a few weeks, and how to chase a smaller number on the scale, but no one ever showed them the things that actually keep it off. Like how to eat a bit more without panicking, how to train so you get stronger, how to get through a busy week or a weekend away without feeling like you’ve wrecked all your progress, and how to keep your results without ending up back at the start.

That’s the part I care about most.

I don’t want you living on that loop where you lose the weight, put it back on, and decide you need another fresh start come January. I want you to understand your food and your training and your own body well enough that when life gets busy, and it always does, you already know exactly what to do.

Because losing the weight was never really the hard part. Keeping it is, and doing that without your whole life revolving around a diet is what I actually teach you.

I lost 30kg eating a chocolate Paddle Pop every single night!🍦

Here’s a full day of eating in a fat loss phase. Around 1800 calories, 156g protein, and every meal is from my new recipe book (yes, the Nutella brekky and the Streets Ice Cream Paddle Pop included)!

Please trust me when I say, you can eat the food you love and still get results!

Comment MENU and I’ll send you the full recipe book 💌

“I’VE BEEN SO GOOD ALL WEEK… WHY IS THE SCALE NOT MOVING?” 👀

Okay… but what do your weekends look like?

Because this is something I see ALL the time.

Monday–Friday:
Training ✅
Steps ✅
Protein ✅
Meals prepped ✅
Calories on target ✅

Then the weekend rolls around…

Breakfast out.
A few drinks.
Picking at snacks.
Takeaway for dinner.
Dessert.
Sunday lunch.
Maybe another takeaway because “I’ll start again Monday” 😂

And NONE of those things are bad.

You should be able to enjoy your weekend, go out with your friends and eat foods you love.

But if fat loss is your goal, your weekend still counts towards your weekly intake.

Let’s make it simple.
Say your maintenance calories are 2,000 per day.

Monday–Friday you eat 1,700 calories.

That puts you in a 300 calorie deficit each day.

Across 5 days = 1,500 calorie deficit.

Then Saturday and Sunday you eat around 2,750 calories each day.

That’s 750 calories above maintenance each day.

Across the weekend = 1,500 calorie surplus.

And just like that…

The deficit you created Monday–Friday is basically gone.

This is why I’m always telling my girls:

CONSISTENCY > PERFECTION.

You don’t need to eat perfectly through the week.
And you definitely don’t need to avoid dinners out, birthday parties, drinks or dessert.

You just need to stop treating the weekend like your goals don’t exist 😂

A few things that can help:

✨ Don’t skip meals all day to “save calories”
✨ Prioritise protein early in the day
✨ Keep your normal breakfast/lunch if you’re eating out later
✨ Check the menu beforehand
✨ Keep your steps up
✨ Pick the foods you actually WANT
✨ Enjoy it without guilt
✨ Go straight back to normal afterwards

You don’t need 5 perfect days followed by 2 days of “f**k it.”

You need 7 days of balance.

Enjoy your life AND keep working towards your goals. 💗

Spend the day with me as a busy business owner who’s trying not to lose myself in motherhood 🫶🏻

Here’s something I remind my clients all the time:

You cannot build a strong, confident version of yourself while constantly talking yourself down.

Your transformation isn’t only physical, It’s also learning to become someone who speaks to herself differently.

Someone who doesn’t spiral after one bad day.
Someone who doesn’t pick herself apart in the mirror.
Someone who doesn’t decide she’s a failure because everything didn’t go perfectly.

One missed workout doesn’t make you lazy.
One off track meal doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
One hard day doesn’t undo all the progress you’ve made.

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s learning to back yourself through the process.

Self love doesn’t mean pretending everything is amazing or letting yourself off the hook.

It means being able to say “Today wasn’t my best… but I’m still proud of myself, and I’m still moving forward.”

Be your own biggest supporter while still holding yourself to the standard you know you’re capable of.

Because you’ll get a lot further encouraging yourself than you ever will tearing yourself down. 🤍

Just checking 👀 Most people don’t need another complicated workout, supplement or fitness trend.

The basics aren’t flashy, but they’re what’s going to get you results.

Strength train.
Eat enough protein.
Get your steps in.
Sleep.
Be consistent.

If any of these feel a little too close to home… send me a DM and I’d love to help you build a plan 🤝
