I’m Back & Ready to Practice Together! 🌿✨

After three wonderful months in Germany, I am officially home and cannot wait to teach yoga again! I’ve missed our community deeply and am looking forward to seeing you all on the mat.

Regular sessions recommence this week! Here is where you can join me:

🌅 Tuesday — Sunrise Yoga at Centenary Yoga

🪑 Wednesday — Chair Yoga at 20 Skylark, Inala

🌸 Sunday — Gentle Yoga at Revive, Springfield Central

✨ Traveling Changes & Holiday Timetable ✨

Dear beautiful community, I will be away on a journey from June 6th through September 13th. 🌍🧘‍♀️

I am so incredibly grateful to my wonderful fellow instructors for stepping in to look after you all! Here are the timetable changes while I’m away:

🛑 Mondays (Ellen Grove): Paused.
🔄 Tuesdays (Centenary Yoga): Moving to Wednesday mornings, taught by Sarah!
🌿 Wednesdays (Skylark): Sylvia will be stepping in to lead you through these sessions.
🙏 Sundays (Centenary Yoga): Covered beautifully by Sarah.
💫 Sundays (Revive): Kristy will take on this session.

A massive thank you to Kristy, Sarah and Sylvia for holding the space! Sending you all so much love!

After experiencing a session with Rebecca Hubbold from Bold Sounds today, I can personally say it is an extraordinary experience that goes far beyond expectations. I am so excited to announce that we will be partnering at Revive Yoga & Wellness Centre every Sunday afternoon.

Sunday Schedule:
✨ 4:00 PM – Heart-centered Yoga Session
✨ 5:00 PM – Immersive Sound Bath with Bold Sounds

Treat yourself to an hour of movement followed by deep sonic relaxation. We can’t wait to welcome you.

No Class This Monday, March 2nd 🏕️

Hi everyone! Just a little reminder that there will be no Dru Yoga class this coming Monday. I’m heading off into the Great Outdoors to take my youngest daughter camping for her birthday! 🎂🔥

I hope you all find some time for a little "home practice" or a mindful moment in nature this week. I look forward to seeing you all back on the mat on Monday, March 9th.
