You can make all the changes you want, and some things definitely do help. But sometimes it’s just a matter of sticking it out, cause things get better.

Don’t skip calf’s, calf training can majorly aid our powerlifting by keeping our knees happy and healthy by providing stability. Go get raising

Go get warm, don’t rush your warmups !

If your new to the sauna start small, spend 15 minutes or so to see how you handle the heat. Then over time build up slowly !
