We filled every one of our returning teams from last season. Then, due to demand, we created additional teams and filled those too.

So we’ve added even more, and we’re now down to just 7 spots across the entire club!

U8 MIXED • 2 spots (boys)
• Friday night games
• Sunday morning training
• Can’t make Sunday training? That’s okay. We have programs and other options to help your child build their skills so they can still play.

U16 BOYS • 3 spots
• Non-training team
• Rep players welcome
• We still have rep points available, so reach out and see if we can make it work.

U18/U21 GIRLS • 2 spots in one of our two teams
• Monday night games at Chelsea
• Non-training team

U14 GIRLS • 1 high-level player
• No rep points
• Wednesday night games at Chelsea
• May have occasional team training sessions, but no set weekly training

Weeknight basketball at Chelsea Basketball - CADBA means you can play during the week and keep your weekends to yourself.

Once these spots are gone, we’re full!

Introducing Midlife Crisis!

Meet one of our Kananook Krocs senior men’s teams, competing in the Frankston Basketball - FDBA competition this season.

These guys had a fantastic game last night, was a huge step up from last week. It was so good to watch them out on the court playing well, supporting each other and, most importantly, genuinely enjoying their basketball.

Senior basketball is about so much more than the final score.

It’s about physical health, getting out on the court, running, moving and staying active. It’s about mental health, having a laugh, switching off from everything else for a while and doing something you enjoy.

And it’s about community connection, being part of a team, making new friendships and having somewhere you belong.

Creating opportunities for people to connect, belong and enjoy being part of basketball is one of the values that drives what we do at Kananook Krocs Basketball Club Inc. . It’s a value we continually strive to live up to, and it was fantastic to see it playing out on the court last night.

We’re so excited to have Midlife Crisis representing the Krocs in the FDBA comp this season and can’t wait to see what the rest of the season brings.

Lots of Krocs players and coaches were out at Chelsea 3x3 Tournament today, representing in both their rep and domestic uniforms!

We hope you all had an amazing day, had plenty of fun and enjoyed some great basketball.

A big thank you to Chelsea Basketball - CADBA for putting on such a fantastic competition over the school holidays.

It was great to see so many familiar Krocs faces out on court together and as spectators cheering each other on 🏀🐊

Another history-making moment for our club!

Tonight we commence playing in our third association!

Tonight, our first ever senior mixed team takes the court in the Casey Basketball competition.

It’s another exciting step forward and another sign of just how much our club continues to grow.

Nat Louise is a coach and a team manager at Krocs and we so happy to have her as a part of our community.

Huge congratulations to Nat Logan-Pye on being selected as the U20 Navy Women’s Assistant Coach for the Vic State Team! 💙💛

It caps off a fantastic season for Nat, leading her Big V Women’s team to the Division 2 Minor Premiership and securing promotion into Division 1 — a brilliant achievement and testament to her coaching. This season she’ll be taking the reins of our U16 1 Girls, and we couldn’t think of a better person for the job.

Congratulations Nat, we’re all incredibly proud of you and can’t wait to see what you do next! 🦅
